I hate my job. Well, not just my job... the people I work with as well.

So, Friday being the day before we close for Xmas is busy... as it is every year. The crew needs to work work together as hard as they can. Around five 'o' clock in the morning, one the workers clocked out early and left. We get off at 5:30am. I witnessed it and needless to say since the boss wasn't around, I was assisting manager... so I was royally pissed. Is that ok to feel that way? I think so.

So Wednesday comes along and I haven't said anything to the boss about it... but it still bothered me. So while stacking bananas, I mention it and how it upset me. The man who left early (Stoney) relative was in the room at the time... now I see where that was a mistake.

I come into work last night and Stoney approaches me with "Bill, stay out of my life you stupid son of a bitch. Stay out or I'll fuck you up." I, stunned, asked what he was talking about... then realized what I did the night before. The boss calls us in for team meeting and then tells us to "mind our own business about what Stoney does" and "He's a hard worker and works just as hard as the rest of us." Of course, by this time, I'm already angry because I've been threatened by this caveman. Boss looks at me indirectly and says "If you guys have a problem with something, come talk to me about it... don't go talking to anybody else."

I have a problem with this... and btw, this is where I begin to sound racist, but I am not. Please understand, I'm just seeing this how it is:

Mafulu (my boss) Stoney and Kenny (relative) are Samoan. Mafulu says he watches out for the boys on his crew, but when it's between crew members, he'll defend those two and make the rest feel like jackasses. (*raises hand* proof from last night) It's his kliq, his homies, his boys, etc. Now, if I have a problem with Stoney, what makes me think that he'll listen to me? I would go talk to him and he'd tell me I was wrong... when in truth, he doesn't know my side of the story. I never said Stoney was lazy, he's a good worker. I was just pissed that he left early. But Mafulu heard it from Stoney, who heard it from Kenny...

Mafulu is 6'6", 275lbs of MUSCLE. He's intimidating, especially for a guy my size. I'm terrified of him. I've seen him angry. You don't want to be on his bad side... it's bad! I've been there. So, with that included, I feel like I can't talk to him. It's a lost situation that I feel I won't win.

This ate me alive last night, it was the worst emotional night I had in a while. I couldn't let it go. I felt so... trapped, in a way.

I hate my job. I hate my co-workers. I want out... unfortunately, I'm stuck here until then...

So yesterday was SUPPOSED to be my day off. The big boss himself KNEW that I couldn't work Tuesdays at least until March.

I got called in. Apparently, my supervisor didn't show and another guy called in. I got called while I was in the middle of something twice, after which, I turned off my phone. I got a message from another co-worker that explained the details in a summary of "Help... me." And since I was SCHEDULED by the IDIOT BOSS, I HAD TO come in.

So, I came in around 11pm tired, defeated and grumpy, etc. I normally start at 9pm, but I have prior engagements every Tuesday, hence why I have Tuesday OFF. Someone didn't load their truck, so I loaded it. Another guy didn't build his boards high enough, so he had boards that wouldn't fit. Me and the "interim" supervisor took care of that while everyone else decided to take a break for a HALF HOUR.

After lunch around 4am, James (the interim supervisor) came to me asked where a co-worker was and I told him that I hadn't seen him. Truth was, the guy went to lunch and never came back. The guy didn't even clock out for lunch and he left at 3am. This is grounds for termination. He showed up at 5:15 and talked to the big boss, which I didn't overhear anything, but saw him go back to the time clock, punch back out and left. Great, one less worker = more work for me.

The big boss then decided to have me move a grocery order from one end of the warehouse to the other, change his mind and put it all back, then change his mind put it somewhere else. I was ready to kill him with such a large order. (imagine an order that fills the produce shelves at Safeway or QFC.)

Just as I'm about to leave, the boss yells at me for piles of trash that hadn't been swept up and thrown away. Just last week I got chewed out for it for not sweeping up the piles and I took my punishement. Problem here was, I didn't make the mess and I was getting blamed for it again. By this time I had had it and I angerily punched out and went to my car. The boss tried to have me do something else but I waved my "off the clock" cock at him and went home.

Something tells me that I'm still in trouble after all that shit they put me through on MY DAY OFF.

Ok... The secret is out.

A girl I know and I are dating. We are NOT official. I don't want to be official and she doesn't either. So where is the problem?

RIGHT HERE:

A person or persons is spreading rumors back to a friend of mine who just so happened to be dating her once. According to him, "Girl" is dating me to get back to said ex-boyfriend. Others are spreading around other things that really shouldn't be spread.

So what's the deal? You don't have anything better to do in your own life? You want drama? I certainly don't. But YOU force an issue that is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! Furthermore, spread lies that only creates MORE DRAMA. I can understand that gamers are drawn to drama like a moth to flame, but word to the wise: Do NOT get yourself involved with MY business. That is between me, those involved and God. YOU are nowhere in that equation.

Guess what? I'M HAPPY. For once, it's nice to just be able to relax and have fun with someone with no strings attached. Sorry if MY HAPPINESS makes you miserable.

Anyone now understand why I HAVEN'T been attending game all that much recently? Probably becuase I don't want to see the faces of those "sources" of the ex boyfriend. You are the slimiest, dirtiest people I know... and think, I considered you a "friend."

I now have (again) TWO parking spots. Garage and the front of the building. Probably will be occupying the front space for some time for easy getaways.

In other news, I have no cash. I am broke until midnight tonight. Luckily I found a cupboard full of tuna and a jar of Mirale Whip... I think I'll survive. That extra cash from the caddy will also be nice once payments start rolling in as of tomorrow. Which also reminds me... I should have a raise as well!!!

(Financial) things are beginning to look up again. *whew!*

In more news... I haven't slept since 4pm yesterday. I got home from work and cleaned the Caddy for retrieval and then drove around getting the paperwork done and picking up the new owner, who happens to be a co-worker of mine. Once that was done... I was able sit at my computer... and now start my homework for counseling. *GROAN*

By the time I'm done, it'll be time to go to group. I will be there until 9:30pm... Maybe I'll find sleep then.

On the 12th day, I saw Phantom... and it was good! I have the BEST GIRLFRIEND in the world. I was really sad... Again, I would like to thank all of those who have been very supportive during this difficult time I have been experiencing... wow. Weeks are going by slowly... why is that? The Caddy is trashed due to a drunk dude and a stop sign... It is 93 degrees outside... and that's just wrong. The depression hasn't lifted. A good friend of mine from California just called me to drop a bomb on me. I'm going to Karaoke tonight with Mike, Dani and Kirsten. It's fucking snowing, I must kill the weatherman...

... Man. 2005 started good... then just went downhill after March. Damn. I'm ready to kill 2006 if it tries to start shit with me...
